For many people, a mimosa is the only way to ease into a Sunday morning brunch, and it couldn’t be easier to make a batch for a crowd. When the mood strikes, experiment with other citrus juices, such as tangerine, grapefruit, or even blood orange. Should you find yourself craving a mimosa in England, ask for a Buck’s fizz.

Ingredients

3 cups chilled strained fresh orange juice (from about 9 oranges)

1 (750-ml) bottle Champagne or other sparkling white wine, chilled

Instructions

Pour juice and Champagne into a large pitcher and stir gently. Serve immediately in Champagne flutes or wineglasses
